The timeframe for scheduling your initial appointment may vary based on the availability of our clinicians, typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks.

We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield,Care Oregon, EverNorth (Cigna), First Choice, Medicaid, Moda, Oregon Health Plan, Pacific Source, Providence Health Plan, Regence, Trillium, and United Health Care.

After your session with your practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to discuss how to reach out to them outside of sessions. This may include options such as contacting them via Google email or messaging through the patient portal.

Your clinician’s team will send you a telehealth link approximately 24 hours before your appointment. If you are scheduled to meet with one of our medication management providers, you can find the Zoom link in our Patient Portal. Please ensure to save the link in a secure location, and remember to check your email for any links sent the day before your appointment. If you are having trouble accessing your email or the patient  portal to access your telehealth link, we kindly ask you to give the office a call to help ensure your appointment time is not interrupted.

• During your initial meeting, your therapist will cover confidentiality and consent details while also confirming Insurance information. The focus will be on understanding your reasons for seeking therapy, and your therapist will ask questions about your background, family, medical history, education, and employment. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
• Keep in mind that the first session is about determining if it's a good fit for both you and your therapist. You may find that you're not as comfortable as you'd like, in which case you can request a change. Likewise, your therapist may realize they're not the best fit for your needs and may recommend another professional.
• At the end of the session, your therapist will discuss whether you'd like to continue working together and schedule future appointments. Remember, it's all about finding the right match for your needs and preferences, so don't feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot.
